Any personal information collected by YMCA of Greater Louisville on any of its sites will be kept strictly in-house. YMCA of Greater Louisville will not sell or provide this information to third parties.

Kids and Parents
Kids - If you are 18 years of age or younger, please be sure to ask your parents for permission before providing any information to us.

Parents - We hope that you and your kids enjoy our web site. In communicating directly with minors over the Internet, we recognize the unique issues raised regarding the protection of your kid's privacy. The Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU), a section of The Better Business Bureau, has issued guidelines for web sites gathering information from minors. YMCA of Greater Louisville intends to comply with the CARU guidelines in order to protect your kids and their privacy. Donors
Contributions made to the YMCA of Greater Louisville are acknowledged in our Annual Report available on the About Us page.  Donors that do not wish to have their name recognized in print and online can request to remain anonymous at the time of making a pledge.  Donors may also opt-out, at anytime, of involvement in future campaigns and mailing lists.
