The YMCA is America's favorite swimming instructor for over 150 years!
As in all YMCA programs, the goal for the National YMCA aquatic program is to develop the whole person, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Teaching methods are designed to help each participant develop his/her fullest potential, to encourage awareness of safety, and to master skills to the best of their ability. The YMCA Aquatic program is progressive, designed for all ages and skill levels to have fun and increase their swimming skills over a lifetime! Programs include:

Parent Child - Diaper Dip/Supertot - Ages 6-36 months
Pre-school - Ages 3-5
Progressive - Ages 6-12
Adult - Ages 13 & up

Competitive Swim programs and stroke clinics for all ages
Lifeguard Certification  - Ages 16 & up
First Aid and CPR Certification
Water Exercise and Arthritis Classes
