BASIC CYCLING
We'll teach you proper bike set up and bike safety as you cycle through a guided ride composed of climbs, flats, jumps and maybe even a sprint or two during this 30-minute class. Our instructors will provide you with the foundations needed to enjoy any of our cycle classes. Don't forget your water bottle and towel!
