GROUP CYCLE PLUS
Our 60-minute Group Cycle class mirrors a road bike experience. We'll climb
hills, race down flat roads and not worry about the weather! We focus on abdominal exercises the last 15 minutes of class. A great
class for beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to set up your bike. Bikes are on a first come, first serve basis.
