STAY STRONG
Our 30-minute Stay Strong group fitness class is perfect for the older adults who are active in exercise. Our instructors teach resistance exercises that move toward increasing general muscle strength and endurance. Good class for improving activities of daily living. A great class for beginning and intermediate fitness levels.
