A form of yoga designed for beginners & intermediate level participants introduces basic yoga poses and breathing techniques involving all the major muscle groups. Gentle Yoga is ideal for building core strength, improving balance and flexibility and helps reduce stress through relaxation. A great class for beginning, intermediate and advanced fitness levels.
