BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE PILATES REFORMER TRAINING
Stott Pilates will give you optimal muscoloskeletal performance, strength, flexibility and endurance with a focus on core stability. Pilates will also help you restore the natural curve of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self confidence.
Each reformer uses a carriage and springs to enhance your core strength with profound results.
New to Pilates? Try our pay-by-the-class option to familiarize yourself with the reformer as you learn the basic exercises. We also have a 4-class progressive series designed to improve your strength and stability. Our series are offered at a spring discount the month of April, May & June.
