One-Step Sparring
One-step sparring teaches body control and distance, targets areas of the body, balance and self defense combinations. One-steps are practiced with a partner and control is very important. One-steps must be performed with out any contact for beginning students. As participants gain more control of their technique, they'll be able to execute the full power techniques to target areas without the chance of injuring their partner.One-Steps White Belt
